1. Before starting to mount the tire, make sure the wheel is in perfect condition.

It is not recommended to recover damaged wheels, because any attempt to do so may change the original characteristics completely, jeopardizing the tire's performance, creating vibration problems and hindering the vehicle's safety.

2. During the mounting process, always check if the size of the inner tube that will be mounted in the tire is the specified one.

This information is on the specification tables and on the tubes' packaging. The use of the inappropriate size will hinder the user's safety and will void the warranty on the products.

3. After checking the size of the inner tube and the condition of the wheel, inflate the inner tube a little before putting it in the tire.

This will facilitate the accomodation.

4. Always mount the tire with proper tools, in order to avoid damage to the rim, the inner tube and the tire beads.

It is recommended to lubricate the edges of the tire beads with a neutral release agent. This will facilitate a perfect fit with the rim.

5. To eliminate air pockets between the tire and tube, inflate the tube to approximately

10 pounds/inch2; move the valve a little and then inflate it to the recommended calibration.

6. For the perfect calibration of the tires, always check the pressure recommended in the specification tables.

The calibration should be checked weekly, with cold tires and, if necessary, should be adjusted. Improperly inflated tires suffer irregular wear, excessive heating, cracks on the sidewall, groove cracks, shorter service life, and jeopardize the vehicle's safety.
